  • No sexual misconduct is tolerated (all of the rooms operate on an open-door policy)
  • All participants must sign a digital waiver 24-hours prior to departing and must sign upon check-in for themselves and/or for minor(s) they are responsible for
  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your departure time to ensure that our crew can help check you in and go through safety measures. Our departure and return times are strict. And while we understand mishaps, being fashionably late for your yacht departure time doesn't afford you extra time out at sea as our vessels return at the scheduled time.
  • The moment you're on board, the Captain has ALL authority. Please pay attention to when the Captain & Crew speak, and don't be afraid to raise any concerns you may have. Your safety is our top priority here at H2OH Sun Cruises!
  • Additional fees will apply for outside vendors, such as photographers etc.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women after five months of pregnancy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

From the moment we were picked up from the dock to the time we left boat, we had an exceptionally amazing time with Juan, Barry, Jaime, Alex and JJ. JJ was the BEST host for my bachelorette party!! He was funny, inclusive, and really knew how to hype up our group. JJ made sure that everyone was included in everything we did. He facilitated our entire time on the boat and I cannot stress enough just how incredible our time was with the whole boat crew! Even though we weren’t even out in the ocean (due to extremely high winds), just being docked in the sand bar was still equally as fun! We had so much fun that we even forgot there was karaoke on the boat. If you have the option to choose a host for your bachelorette party, you will not be disappointed with JJ and the rest of his crew!

What a fantastic experience! The whole crew was very welcoming, and everyone was concerned with making this a great night for us. Apollo was such a great host. He was very attentive, we had great conversation with him, and he even attempted to teach my man some Spanish! The music, drinks, food and service were top notch!!! I recommend this trip 100%
