Trabajé en Río secreto y la verdad la cueva es hermosa. Lo que está mal es quiénes manejan la empresa. Tienen un trato humano despreciable hacia sus colaboradores. Guillermina, la licenciada encargada del departamento de recursos humanos, carece de amabilidad y en lugar de ver por los colaboradores ve por la empresa. No querían realizar el pago del reparto de utilidades. Y a la fecha hay varios que no han cobrado ese derecho. Lo más grabe, a mí parecer, fue cuando firmé contrato laboral con ellos y les pedí una de las dos copias del contrato que había firmado y me fue negada. Violaron uno de los derechos como trabajadores. Se dicen ser una ESR y no es coherente con sus acciones. Tienen a sus trabajadores cotizando menos de lo que reciben de nómina. Y eso solo por mencionar algunas cosas. Tania, la gerente del parque y encargada de los guías, se siente con el poder de hacer lo que desee. Impone castigos son justificación y en momentos de estrés vaya que nos hablaba feo ( en alguna ocasión me agarró del brazo y lo agitó, preguntando si lo reloj no servía porque tuvimos un retraso en el tiempo dentro de la cueva). Si tienen la oportunidad de ir: desaprovechenla. Hay tours con el mismo atractivo y mejor calidad de trato a sus colaboradores.

The inside of the cave was phenomenal. I do not swim very well so I was so anxious about drowning inside the cave. Our guide Guillermo is the best! He helped me through the difficult spots. He was such a gentleman. He helped me through the deep waters and held my hand when wading through the rough waters . I have to say the shoes they give you does not really help with the rocks inside the cave . It helps that they gave us wet suit and life vests. Wear the wet suit ! It is cold inside the water. The life vests is pretty self explanatory. You will have to wear one because you do not know what your experience will be like . They have some kids in my group and some of them the parents carried them through the rough waters. They did very well. Overall, I am glad I did it. Would I do it again ? Probably not but that’s just me and the fear of being in the water inside a dark cave . ????
