My 9-months old son and I came alone, my husband was waiting for us on quarantine. We communicated with Mariusz several days before the arrival, he consulted us regarding the taxi car type according to our luggage size and booked a car with a baby seat. Everything worked like a charm: the driver met us with a card and our name on it, helped with luggage and comfortably drove us to the apartments. Also we needed a receipt, but forgot to ask for it after the trip and Mariusz helped and sent a photo of the receipt. Great service, thanks!

Excellent service from Mariusz at Elite from the initial booking and email support through to the return transfers to our hotel. Punctual pick ups, courteous service and very good value for money in a very comfortable vehicle. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service from booking through to pick up and drop off to the airport. Everything went perfectly. Incredibly punctual, friendly drivers and a very fast customers service with queries answered by email promptly. I would highly recommend this service.
