The company had text me 3 days prior to our arrival asking for our Airline & arrival time. I responded within 5 minute with the information (I tried to put a screen shot of the texts in the photo option but it won’t accept it). . Upon arrival in Faro no one was waiting for us. I called the company & was informed that they hadn’t received our flight information in time so they cancelled our booking. There was never any follow up and our credit card was still charged. They didn’t offer to send a car and stated Viator would refund our money. We had to take a $70 taxi to our hotel.
