If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Went to book a transfer with this company from faro airport to Albufeira where my hotel is, proceeded to fill out information correctly on the website flight details name and dates correctly, booking came in as for the day after me using the site and notified the company straight away that transfer was for 3 weeks prior to this, spoke to customer care and they told me on phone this would be resolved by them as it was an anniversary and she also asked would I be using the company for further bookings and it was resolved on the phone I received an email saying what time you land from another working in the company who I said you need to talk to your manager about this I then was contacted by another customer care representative saying that booking wasn’t able to be fixed after being told on phone it was I received another email saying i would get a refund and that it was under review, I then received an email saying they listen to phone call and said I will not be receiving any further information about a refund I am absolutely furious and appalled by this
