Our flight was delayed for 3 hours, when we arrived there was a huge queue at the passport control. After landing after 1h our driver left the airport but the company said there will be another available vehicle. When we came out we had to wait at the cafe for 15min for next vehicle. Would recommend this company, despite all delays we had, they organized a car for us.

The allowable time the driver waits isn't always enough to get through Customs at the Faro Airport. This was our experience and we had to find an alternate ride from the airport.

We were dropped off at the wrong location at the end of a driveway I tried many times to share the detailed directions from Airbnb and was rudely brushed off they knew where to go. Before we realized it was wrong, driver had unloaded all our luggage (8 people 2 cars 3 children) pointed down the driveway and said only a one minute walk. Never attempted to help us with bags. And left. We had to get 3 Ubers to get to correct location. And it was over 90 degrees out!
