You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We had Joel has our tour guide for the day and he was amazing. Made our experience in Jamaica everything that we hoped for. He was extra accommodating with a couple of people in our party that needed a little extra help getting around. The blue hole was SO fun and the falls were beautiful.
I will be recommending this group to everyone and hope to make it back to Jamaica again soon.

On Mar. 18-25th. 2025 we went from YYZ to MBA in Jamaica. The flight to Jamaica was smooth with no issues except for Sunwings use of the terminal in the no-mans land at Pearson, where we have to jump on a bus to get there....... so 3rd world!! Got to Jamaica in good time, getting through Immigration was a breeze, baggage was put out very promptly!! found our bus and then it was a 1 hr. wait before we left the Airport!!!!! Then the poor bus operator proceeded to do 6 drop-offs at resorts with no assistant!! before the 90 mins, drive to Ocho Rios!!! Needless to say we were drained when we arrived at our Riu resort in Ocho Rios and the poor driver had 1 more drop off after ours. So we left Montego Bay Airport at 2pm. and arrived at Riu Ocho Rios at about 5pm. Unacceptable!! When you have to travel 90 mins. to your resort Sunwing should make it direct or ONE other drop off only!! The bus ride was almost as long as the flight!!! Sunwing is making it very hard to stay a loyal user for our vacations! We know the pandemic was very hard on your bussiness, it was hard on everyone! But, it's been 3yrs. Get it right and moving in the right direction!!!

We used Marvyn's Paradise Tours for both airport transfer and two individually crafted tours. Their communication and service was amazing! Our driver, Mr. T, was friendly and informative. He was always on time. We had one member of our group that was not feeling well and stayed at the VRBO. Mr. T stopped at a fruit stand and purchased fruits for the person so they could experience at least a bit of what we had experienced. I would highly recommend this team!
