  • Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg and maximum size of 158 cm. Please note that we may charge extra for each additional item.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver never showed up at meeting location. We called all the numbers listed and got no response. Waited for 45 minutes before taking a taxi. Afterwards claimed their driver was there the whole time and that they tried to reach us. But we received no calls and we’re exactly where they told us to meet. A pure scam, avoid at all cost.

Ali picked us up on time and took us very comfortably to our hotel. Excellent service! We hope the return service to the airport is the same.

Excellent service both to and from the Hotel.The drivers were there on time and sent whatsapp message to confirm they had arrived.
