Such a wonderful evening in Roma at the private home of Sveva, who was instructional and a delight to spend time with. We made 3 types of sauces, each delicious, including carbonara (vegetarian style with artichokes to accommodate some non-meat eaters in our family), as well as homemade pasta which was served with cacio e Pepe. We were a group of 7 and we each had a blast and left full and happy. It was truly a memorable evening. Would highly recommend!
