Maria was very knowledgeable about the museum and palace. She took the time to explain the history to us and answer our questions. We really enjoyed the tour.

Maria was a wonderful tour guide and brought history to life at Knossos! Highly recommend doing both the Palace AND the Archaeological Museum, because the museum contains all of the incredible artifacts that were found at the Knossos site. Perfect day-thanks Maria!

For cruise ship passengers, make sure to pay attention to the name of the cruise port where you dock. We docked in Chania NOT Heraklion. Viator is serious about a 24 hour cancellation policy. I noticed my mistake too late to cancel or reschedule. Very disappointed, sick about and unhappy.
