Despite multiple requests to set up time for pick up Aside from a single intro text from “Carlos” our driver no one responded ever to establishing pick up and i had to hire another driver And have no idea how to get reimbursed by viator

Good transfer. Driver was on time to pick us up; actually early but waiting outside and we were not rushed. Very informative and learned about the Basque country during our ride. Only concern was speed; seemed a little fast on the highway. I would prefer to be safe and not travel over the speed limit during a transfer.
