Your driver will be called immediately and will drive up to the curbside. If you have an issue locating your driver please contact this number 16492417399 ASAP.

Departure: For your return journey please contact Provo Connection (24) hours
before departing the island to confirm pick up time.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Used this service to and from the airport. Airport pick up with Trevor was very prompt and we essentially has a private ride. Return to the airport was a but more challenging given a later than expected pick up, was well as a very packed SUV. Overall, well run and reasonably priced operation.

Shakarra was incredible and funny and was really nice. It was a bit confusing finding our ride when we first got to the airport though.

Great service. Pick up at the airport didn’t take too long though we did have to ask a couple of people exactly where to find them so it got a bit confusing. Picking up from the hotel, they were on time and drop off was so quick I wish we would’ve just told them an hour later since it took 15 minutes to get to the airport.
