We had an incredible experience booking our tours with Nexus. The dolphins and sea lions tour were a fantastic activity for the entire family. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, and everything was impeccably organized. Another highlight was the Yelapa and Majahuitas catamaran tour, once again with Nexus, which provided us with an amazing day filled with live music, refreshing drinks.
During our catamaran tour, an unexpected incident occurred when my son was stung by a jellyfish. Thankfully, Vallarta Adventures promptly responded by contacting the paramedics, who swiftly arrived on a boat. They contacted the paramedics because I told them that my son was allergic to mosquito bites. The beach club offered exceptional service during this incident, ensuring that we felt well taken care of. fortunately me son didn’t have any allergy reaction and we continued our tour after proper medical attention.
Throughout all our excursions, we relied on Nexus, our travel agent Erick, who exhibited excellent customer service skills and a wonderfully friendly. We highly recommend Erick for booking any future excursions due to his exceptional service.
