They do NOT communicate well! Ruined my anniversary. I have traveled internationally - Europe and Mexico - and understood what was expected of me better than Viator or Greyhound. I booked for 10am at pickup location and arrive at 945a only to find out a secure message was sent while on vacation in another country that we needed to be there at 925am. Can't believe this company is so shady and not good at communication to make sure we got this communication to be there 35 minutes beforehand. So disappointed!

The provider did not show up or contact me and at the stated time on the ticket. They then attempted to say they showed up earlier than the time on the ticket, it didn’t bother to call or txt me.
