Fun to learn about Rudi’s unique story of arriving in Puerto Vallarta some 35 years ago and then headed off with our awesome guide Abraham. Within ten minutes, we were in the midst of a mom humpback Cindy, who visits every year and is recognized by the ladder of propeller scars on her right side, and her 3-week old baby. We then ventured off to see a handful of males breaching and flopping their pecs near the east end of Isla Marietas. We ended our tour with a quick but incredible visit with another energetic mom in the process of teaching her month-old calf how to breach and slap the surface.
