This excursion consists of a beautiful 2.5 hours hike through the Eastern Cordillera crossing from Vista Alegre to Anamuya. On the way tourists will appreciate beautiful landscapes, as well as details of the flora and fauna of the area. All the time with the company of an expert guide who will provide drinks and fruits, as well as beautiful photographs to remember the journey. We finish the tour with a visit to a coffee and cocoa farm where you can buy the products if you wish

Wilkin was a wonderful young man. Very polite. Was with our speed. Showed us a great hike. Please bring shoes that you would not mind to be dirty and wet. Passed cows and horses. Great trail. Drive was also do sweet.

We booked the hike with Wilkin. It was a great private tour with him. He was a walking encyclopaedia of plants and wildlife. We had a very nice 5 km hike through the Domenican Jungle with him, sometimes it was a bit exhausting in the heat but it was definitely worth it for the view and the beautiful untouched nature. A really great excursion to get out of the hotel. Wilkin was super friendly and spoke very good English. We can highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Wilkins was a great guide! It ended up just being the three of us and we appreciated his laid back energy. The driver was great too! This hike was our favorite part of the whole trip and experiencing the beautiful nature and local communities of the area outside of the resort we stayed at. We saw so many fruit trees and the hike was a great workout with beautiful views! You will sweat and potentially get muddy!! We loved it. Recommend if you love hiking and spending time in nature when you are traveling!
