Departure Point: We will meet you at the date and time agreed on. If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher.

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan or a five per sports utility vehicle.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We use this service for a 3am ride to the airport. The driver showed up 10 minutes early with an exceptional clean large SUV with plenty of room for 3 people with luggage. The lady was very helpful and our ride was so pleasant. If you need a reliable transfer service, this is it.

Prompt pick up. Clean and comfortable transport. Pleasant and safe driver. Quebec City is beautiful. Sunny days in early Spring while walking miles each day was just perfect. Much history, beautiful architecture, friendly city, delicious food.

We opted for this transfer to ensure we had a ride to the airport at 4:15am, since taxi and Uber are super difficult to get in Quebec City. IMO. The driver (Tarik) was early , helped with our baggage and was very polite. He was great! The car was super nice and clean. He got us to the airport timely and safely even with the snow and ice on the road . Highly recommend.
