The bus was an hour late to pick up point due to a street closure then the bus broke down several blocks from the end of our tour forcing a group of seniors with walking difficulties to hike back to the port where our ship was docked

Loved the hop on hop off bus. Great overview of key sites in the old city. Enjoyed the head sets assistive devices in many languages. Friendly bus driver.

Earphones did work; needed a basic map of the stops, not the multi-page sales brochure. Driver was very friendly and helpful. The Stops should have had the Stop #, and the name of the stop. It would be great if the tour map of the city had an overlay of the hop-on-hop-off stops.
