Excellent way to experience the top attractions. The audio was good quality and was able to board and get off the bus easily and at my convenience.

It’s a great way to see the most important sites of the city. Hop off and experience the sites you want to, and another bus will be there when done. It saves a lot of walking and a lot of time and taxi/Uber expenses.

Appalling ! I know ithey had no control over the weather but because it was raining we got on the bus at the second stop only to find all the seats were taken downstairs. The driver told us we'd have to stand but then couldn't use the headphones so had no clue where we were and could only see out of one window. Then the bus was diverted missing stops 3 & 4 apparently due to a competition taking place, so all traffic was being diverted. So having got on at stop 2, missing stops 3&4 we decided to get off at stop 5 !!! Then waited for over 45 mins or more for next bus, only to stand again, so instead of completing the tour, we got off at next stop and walked back to our hotel. They must have known there was a competition in town that day so should have planned the route accordingly and have buses with retractable roofs for such weather. Hopefully no-one was waiting at stops 3&4 for a bus never to come !! Will try for a refund when we get back to UK !! Appalling and so disappointing!!
