The shuttle arrived even 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. So no stress in reaching the airport in time for my flight.

This booking was a scam. I paid the money beforehand and when I got to the airport they had no record of my booking. I had to pay again. The lady working for exemplar told me that third party companies like get your guide and Viator have been having trouble like this recently. I would like a refund but at the very least I hope to warn other people of this problem.
