Last week my husband travelled to Eumundi and enjoyed a "Bush Food" experience. We ate everything from Crayfish to Kangaroo, Crocodile, a wonderful vegetable curry, macadamia falafels and too many more savoury dishes to mention! The courses all cooked in interesting ways including dessert, were flavoured with bush herbs and spices including a wild black peppercorn found on the West Coast of Tassie, the hard to find Gympie lime, toasted crushed Wattle Seeds, Davisons plum and on.. and on..
