Detailed will be emailed to you upon confirmation. Please note that pick-up starts 90 minutes before for shuttle bus transfer and 30 minutes before for private transfer.

All hotels and ports in Reykjavik, and Keflavik International Airport (Please kindly select the option with the transfer if you require this service)

Please kindly inform the pick-up location if it is not on the list.

Due to local regulations, certain hotels/guesthouses/apartments do not allow for lobby pick-up. Guests will have to go to the nearest bus stop for their pick-up.

For Reykjavik pick-ups from the hotel or nearest bus stop, you will be picked up with a minibus and transferred to the Bus Terminal to join a coach bus that will take you to the Lagoon.
You will be dropped off at Blue Lagoon. The same procedure is applied for the return to Reykjavik.

Please kindly note that pick-up from Keflavik International Airport starting from the 1st of June 2022 is only available at 07:30, 09:30, 12:30, and 16:30.

Also, pick-up from Blue Lagoon to Keflavik International Airport starting from the 1st of June 2022 is only available at 12:00, 14:30, and 16:00.

For the Hotels and accommodations located in Keflavik Town, the pick-up will be made from Keflavik Airport only. Transportation from your accommodation from Keflavik town to Keflavik Airport is not included.

  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Each adult is allowed to supervise and be responsible for no more than 2 children
  • Minimum age is 2 years
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
  • Guests are required to bring their own swimsuit or rent from the facilities.
  • We advise you to not bring jewlery in the lagoon as it might get damaged from the elevated mineral content.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Four of us went and stayed around 3 hours. Had a wonderful time, weather was pretty good. Everyone had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves.

The blue lagoon was a unique experience. I really enjoyed it. The water is really warm and feels great even on a cold and windy day. Most of the tours were sold out, but I was able to book directly through Blue Lagoon with transportation. Super easy!

We made the mistake of leaving a bag behind on the bus ride from the airport to the lagoon. The transportation company alerted us to the error, kept the bag safe and returned it to us with all the cash and other items still in it. Thank you!! The process was easy and their communication was very much appreciated!!
