Was very good. Transfer was from a bus stop nearby and I had a contact over WhatsApp just in case. Symi itself was lovely and 3 hours was more than enough time, however, I was quite disappointed at the lack of people in the water during the swim stuff and this put me off going in.

Symi was beautiful, and the boat ride there was nice and fast, if at times a little bumpy. They also handed out fleeces to anyone who wanted them as it got a bit cold at times. Only major downside was the swimming stop - you don't get off at the beach/have an opportunity to change somewhere - instead have to change in one of the boat toilets and climb off the back of the boat, all within 30 mins so you only get about 10 minutes in practice by the time you have changed and allowed time to change back
