The ideal tour to get to know a lot about the Ria Formosa, and visit the island of Culatra, a beautiful fishing community that inhabits about 1000 people all year round, which will be an island producing its own energy by 2030! The houses are typical and traditions and customs predominate, a unique place in the world! There are several infrastructures and restaurants where you will have the opportunity to taste and delight yourself with typical dishes from traditional restaurants. With the possibility of booking a table or having a Picnic, there are several options to choose from! Then we will enjoy, for many, the best deserted beach in the Algarve, which is located at the end of Culatra Island, which separates the dark blue of the Atlantic Ocean and the clear blue of the Ria Formosa, where you will have the opportunity to dive, swim and take unique photos! A true paradise! In case it is out of season , we will visit the magnificent Ilha da Armona , where we will stop around 1h00 to explore the island !

Had an amazing trip on the Ria Formosa with Odyssey Boat Tours. Exceptional value for money @€30 PP. Communication was excellent and very helpful from the offset and nothing seemed too much bother. We did the 3hr tour of the islands but never felt rushed and our boat captain Guilleheme was a wealth of knowledge of the local islands and you felt he really understood the waterways of the Ria Formosa. When I mentioned you never felt rushed I am not joking, our supposed 3hr tour actually lasted 6hrs as Guilleheme brought us to another island we were not expecting to see.We also had lunch on one of the islands. He is a really great guy and this adds to the experience. .Unreal. The Odyssey team really know how to look after their customers, paying for the additional parking required for the car due to the lengthened tour. We would highly recommend a boat tour with Odyessey and will hopefully return ourselves to try a sunset tour maybe next time. 10 /10 ????

Le guide est très sympathique mais on a été très déçus de la visite. On ne fait que très peu de bateau. On nous a juste posé sur les deux îles accessibles en ferry et on ne découvre même pas de coins inaccessibles et plus sauvages. Passer 3h30 sur les îles qui sont malheureusement maintenant des villes fantômes à cause du tourisme c'est pas très intéressant... Sur l'annonce ils disent prêter des jumelles pour observer les oiseaux et découvrir le parc naturel on s'attendait à découvrir quelques endroits encore préservés... L'annonce porte à confusion. Pour conclure, la sortie nous semble extrêmement cher pour seulement visiter à pied et en autonomie les deux îles.
