The booking process was smooth and we received an acknowledgement promptly so their sales process is excellent. On the day, an english speaking lady (transalator) arrived on time to pick us up. She was in touch with us prior so the logistics were smooth. Our terrible experience started whilst at the shooting venue itself. The instructor who is supposed to guide us was extremely rash, rude, unfriendly and pathetic. He initially gave us just ear plus instead of noise cancellation head phones whilst he himself wore the noise cancellation ones. The ear plugs on their own were not sufficient to seal the noise and protect your ears! We were only given the headphones when we asked for it. No Safety instructions whatsoever. Appalling manners towards customers - manhandles you while shooting instead of giving clear and oral instructions on how to aim/shoot etc. We felt like the instructor completely hated his job but that is not how he treats his customers. May be he was delusional that he was a world war hero trying to intimidate new recruit soldiers? The reality is that we are bunch of civilian tourists trying to just experience a shoot that we paid for. Also, as per our package, we were supposed to get AK47 but we were never given one! We were a bunch of nearly 10 people and none of us felt good about the whole experience. I do not recommend at all as we all feel wasted. Save your money for something else.

Went on this trip and thoroughly enjoyed it, was shown the equipment made to feel at ease would definitely recommend
