Very well organized experience. By booking tickets on TicketOne (at least one day in advance mandatory) you enter immediately without having to queue, paying a symbolic reservation of € 1 each. The museum is well maintained and very characteristic, there is no other place like it in all of Rome! It tells the story of this beautiful city through centuries and centuries, this is the difference from other monuments. Even the interiors leave you breathless, and from every window you have a magnificent view of the ever-changing city. Furthermore, from the terrace you have the possibility to see all of Rome, better than any other view. We really recommend the visit because it is so worth it!

The tickets we got from Tripadvisor is not valid. We were not allowed to enter at the entrance. We are told to find our travel agent, but no travel agent found from Tripadvisor at the door and no one answered the phone. We end up buying tickets again from the ticket office. Not a long line and ticket is cheaper. Bad experience, will not buy tour from Tripadvisor again

Il posto è stupendo,pieno di storia e di bellissime opere d'arte.Il panorama poi non ha eguali,si gode di una vista su Roma a 360 gradi.Unica pecca è che il gestore del servizio di vendita di biglietti ovvero la Headout non è corretto.Acquistati i biglietti dove era previsto un accompagnatore,in realtà la persona che dovrebbe accompagnare tu da solo i biglietti e ti abilità all'utilizzo dell'audio guida!
