    Difícil encontrar la guía entre la locura de gente alrededor del Coliseo. Deberían fijarse otro lugar de encuentro.!!

    Es una verguenza, un timo, anulan la reserva 4 días antes sin posibilidad de hacerla otro día, reservada hace más de un mes. No puedo anularla de ninguna manera, si vais a su página no hay posibilidad, he llamado a atención al cliente y me han colgado. Son unos sinvergüenzas. Ir con Civitatis que ahí acertais.

    1.- Primero, aunque me devolvieron la correspondiente cantidad de dinero, me dijeron que no podíamos visitar la arena; cuando entramos dentro vimos que había gente visitándola. 2.- nos retrasaron 15 minutos la hora de comenzar. Como habíamos ido con tiempo hemos llegado pronto y hemos visto que a la hora que nosotros teníamos había otro grupo de españoles. No sé qué pasaría ahí. 3.- La guía llegó 10 minutos tarde 4.- La guía no era muy buena. No hablaba español bien; realmente salimos de allí con un lío impresionante de datos. 5.- Si lo hubiéramos hecho por nuestra cuenta, nos hubiéramos enterado mejor
