Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Service from the airport: Due to COVID we don't have any representative inside the airport. Please call our office and we will guide you to your shuttle.
Passengers are picked up from their hotel or Resort designated shuttles pick up area* at least 3 hours prior to their flight departure time and dropped off at their airline.
* Please confirm with your hotel’s or Resort’s front desk for the pick up location.

Call supplier to arrange a specific pick time for your departure transfer at least 3 days prior to transfer date.

Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulations
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost

There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.
Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

You canceled my van without notifying me! This is unacceptable. Your trip plan did not state the operator was VIP. It was very difficult to get through to get a van dispatched. It is clear your company has no value for customer service.

The driver was great. I appreciate, also, being met at Baggage Claim by the Greeter with our name on a sign.

Both people who helped us were friendly and professional! Having help with luggage in the terminal was an extra bonus!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
