We first toured the gardens, collecting produce for our lesson. Chef Linh did a great job with the menu & instruction. We had a class with just the two of us & we cooked the entire meal, starting with fried prawn spring rolls, a noodle salad with julienned vegetables topped with bbq pork, chicken curry, & fried banana spring rolls for dessert. We received recipes but Chef taught the ratios for the sauces. We've had a number of cooking classes & this was one of the best.

We had the most amazing time with our tour guide Alice! It was fabulous to learn about the history and medicinal properties of Vietnamese plants. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend this experience in a heartbeat to anyone.
