    Visit the Eagle Nest with your private guide. From the Eagle’s Nest bus terminal. You will board a specially equipped mountain bus for a breath-taking ride up the 4 mile road, with its 27% incline to a rocky plateau. From there we will walk through a 406ft (124 meter) long tunnel, leading us directly to the original WWII brass elevator that will transport you up through the heart of the Kehlstein mountain for another 406ft, straight into the Eagle’s Nest itself. After a tour through the Eagle’s Nest, you will have some free time to enjoy the view or have refreshments.

We loved this day in the mountains. The whole experience was something our family will never forget. Our guide was so amazing…we had a two year old with is that was having a bad day and he was very patient, understanding, and caring. We had to make a few small adjustments and he was happy to do so for us.

Our full day your was AMAZING ... because of the sites (which were spectacular) but mainly because of our guide, Michael. He was so friendly and made an immediate connection with us by clarifying what we wanted to see, why, and then forming the tour around that. At different points he would show us a helpful book or map. He recommended a fantastic spot for lunch, and most of all, helped us maximize seeing and learning all we could in the amount of time we had, never making us feel rushed. Highly recommend this tour, and highly recommend askign specifically for Michael.

We highly recommend this company. Our eagles nest tour was cancelled due to weather but Luciano our driver gave us a mystery tour we will never forget. Definite 5 star rating and thanks for showing us Saltzberg!!!
