We thoroughly enjoyed the discussion with the Brew Master at Bitdam and our dinner with Veronica. I am sure you will find a very different approach to Korean food compared to the usual spicy/in your face commercial food flavour profile.
While I am a drinker, my friend is not but both of us had fun. Thank you for an informative night.

My father and I had a great time! Veronica was a very knowledgeable guide who made us feel welcome. I learned a lot about Korean cultural food practices outside of just magkeolli and rice wine, too. Her company (Gastro Tour Seoul) offers a lot of other tours that I wish I had known about before I booked such a short trip to Seoul. I’d absolutely recommend this trip to anyone interested in Korean food and drinks and all the culture and history that’s made it the way it is.
