• There will be no service on November 28 and December 25
• Cruises may not operate during inclement weather
  
• When you want a return ticket, book for 2 persons so you have 2 tickets
• Dogs are allowed, but need to be on a leash
• Both indoor and outdoor seating is available
• First go to one of the Gray Line Ticket Offices to redeem your voucher for your ticket, locations: 2800 Leavenworth or 478 Post St., San Francisco
• Be present 30 minutes before departure
