Great museum, interactive and loads of interesting information and pictures. I would definitely book a skip the line ticket as people waited up to 45 mins in the blazing sun.

Great digital delivery. No issues. The attraction was amazing. Don’t miss it when in krakow having skip the line tickets is essential during high season and weekend.

I loved the museum and the contemporary art museum adjoining it. It was very moving. However, tour operators buy up all the tickets leaving regular people to wait in line for a long time. I felt bad when I saw how this played out. The museum should reform this practice.
