The original tour with GetYourGuide was cancelled the night before we were booke. Was offered the same day but the last tour of the day. Very disappointed with the tour, the place is way too busy. The guide was often speaking about things before all the group had caught up. So, ended up missing most of the information. We couldn't even go back in, as it was closing.

we visited on the 1st June 2025 after booking through SuperCracow and despite there being a stupidly long queue outside we went straight inside without any issues! there was quite a few guided tour groups within the museum so we did get caught up a couple of times as didn’t want to be rude pushing through but I highly recommend the museum, we did it without a guide and spent approx 1 hour 30 minutes there but you could’ve been there longer. highly recommend it was very much an eye opener!

I was on the wow krakow hop on and off bus, where I got off at stop 14, the jewish ghetto with the chairs. Only 10 mins walk away from there to Schindlers factory. When arrvied I could see how bad the queue was. I heard from afriend of mine that he got turned away when in the queue as they were all full for the rest of the day. Fortunatley we had the skip the queue ticket and all we had to do was walk past the queue, through the front door and show the guard at the door and he let us through. a further check at an internal entrance and we was in. Wait time was couple of minutes. We did not have a guided tour, so it took us an hour and a half to go round at our lesiure. Exhibits were mainly in polish but there was plenty of English information to read as well. Highly recommend. I did put good as a rating, just because some of the exhibits were extremly graphic of violence and death, and the photographs were not pleasant to see, so if you are sensitive its advised not to visit.
