The entire experience was a real pleasure. Our guide (Wayan) did an excellent job taking us to the cooking class, the rice terrace field and the Ubud monkey forest. The actual cooking class was special. First, taking us to and explaining the various ingredients that were to be used during the class. The class was very hands on as we prepped and cooked the entire meal. In the traditional Balinese manner. The rice terrace, followed by the monkey forest visit topped off an exciting day. I highly recommend this experience.
