My wife and I hired Gusti as our guide for Ubud for the day as well as our trip around Bali on another day. He is very customer focused and friendly and knowledgeable. We were never rushed and thoroughly patient with anywhere we wanted to go. He was very flexible and accompanied us and even took pictures for us.
