Melissa was a terrific guide that was vibrant, helpful, warm and informative. The ear pieces were a good idea and assisted in hearing her voice.

Never book through trip advisor and this tour operator again!!!!! We received an email with our tour cancellation due to lack of space, just 1.5 hour before the starting time! No help offered to find another option either! Our day was ruined!!! Terrible organization and communication between the operators!!!!! Do not recommend!!!

Our guide Melissa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and explained the history well, but she also made it alot of fun!!
