It saves time and complications to have the ticket obtained in advance. There are lines and the weather was not the best when I was there.

Scarse informazioni ricevute nel punto di incontro per ricevere i biglietti . Il personale, femminile, che avrebbe dovuto accoglierci e darci i biglietti ci ha trattato malamente come fossimo dei mentecatti. Le informazioni ed i biglietti li abbiamo ottenuti tramite l’interessamento di una hostess della concorrenza . Gli Uffizi invece sono meravigliosi.

Unfortunately workers were on strike. We were told to still turn up at allotted time to receive refund. Waited 40mins for representative, no show. Other reps tried to help us find Viator rep but only few people around and rep wasn’t there. Viator denied they weren’t there and would not refund our two tickets. Not trustworthy
