Would’ve given a zero but it wouldn’t let me. Your charter or tour guide canceled on my wife and I less than 24 hours before.

My husband, two teenage children, and I took this tour in June. Our tour guide (whose name I wish I could remember) was wonderful. We learned a lot about the Medici family, which was fascinating, And she even talked with my teenage daughter (a bookworm) about writers in Florence. We’d walked around the city on our own the day before, but had a better appreciation of the sights after the tour. And best of all, she could talk in detail about Michelangelo and about David, pointing out many different features from different angles. Even my teenage son enjoyed the tour.
I was a bit concerned as there weren’t any recent reviews on this site, but I had no reason to worry. The guide was waiting for us at the appointed location, she was a professional tour guide who spoke perfect English, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We really enjoyed our morning with her!
