Strolling through a residential area accompanied by a knowledgeable host, you will be introduced to time-honoured restaurants. Savouring generous portions of several dishes, you will have the added bonus of learning a little about the traditions behind each one. All dishes are locally sourced and utilise only seasonal produce, and while what's on the 'menu' may vary, traditional foods such as 'parmigiana di melanzane' are accompanied by acclaimed local wine. Homemade desserts from family recipes and of course limoncello bring this lovely 'famiglia Italiana’ style culinary experience to a satisfactory close. * NOTE : Venues on this tour are situated closely together. We walk between them but distances are not far. Food is our focus.

What a great way to kick off our vacation and get a taste of the local scene in Sorrento away from the busy main area. Love the combinations of the different styles of food and wine enjoyed by the locals. Vanessa was lovely and super informative. Highly recommend this tour for people that like walking and food tours.

My husband and I took the Taste of Sorrento Progressive Lunch Experience experience tour this May with Lee and Vanessa. It was such a treat to discover to discover those hidden gems not covered in the guide books. Lee and Vanessa took us to the places that they enjoy with their family and friends. We loved some of the places so much that we went back for lunch and dinner. The tour is nicely paced, starting with a glass of wine and some of the best charcuterie, progressing to pasta, pizza, and the best eggplant parmesan that we had in Italy. Vanessa and Lee also shared with us the history of the. cuisine and the wine of the Amalfi coast. They made recommendations for us for the rest of the trip. It was truly a delightful experience.

Oh my goodness what an amazing experience. Lee and Vanessa were fabulous hosts and so knowledgeable on the history of local Sorrento produce and wines! Every morsel of food we sampled was divine and every bottle of wine complimented each taste sensation! Superb evening! I cannot recommend highly enough! I want to do it all again
