You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great time with Jean on our first day and then Alex on our second and third. They were both very knowledgeable, knew all the best spots, led us very efficiently. Would recommend them, excellent guided!

We had such an amazing 3-day tour with Fiona! The first day at Avatar Mountain left us completely in awe. Fiona, being the weather expert she is, quickly adjusted our plans for the second day when she realized Tianmen Mountain wouldn't work out with the rainy weather. Instead, we got to experience the breathtaking Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. Even though the fog obscured our view at Tianmen Mountain on the final day, we still had a blast on the cable car ride and managed to capture some incredible photos from the summit. Fiona's stories about the mountains' history and legends truly added depth to our journey. Exploring the local cuisine was a delightful bonus, introducing us to new and delicious dishes. As our tour ended, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the unforgettable memories we made together. Thank you, Fiona (Yan Lei) for such a fantastic trip - we absolutely loved it! We can't recommend Fiona enough! ????????????

Zhangjiajie was stunning! The views were amazing. What really made our experience great was our guide, Heather. She was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We really liked every moment and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!
