Rafting, ATV and Ziplining Adventure in Phangnga

Myself & my partner went rafting for the first time with this company, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. The guide was completely careless, rushing us through safety instructions and ignoring the fact that everyone on the raft was clearly nervous and inexperienced. During one of the rapids, he gave a late command, and our raft lost balance and we all fell hard inside the raft – breaking my toe in the process. What made it worse? The guide acted like it was was totally normal and no one's fault. Thankfully, we had the whole thing on video, which clearly showed the guide’s negligence. Only after we showed them the footage did the company agree to cover our medical expenses. No apology, no responsibility taken until we had proof. This could have been avoided entirely if they took safety seriously and trained their staff properly. My first rafting trip turned into a hospital visit, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Think twice before booking any sporting activity.

A great experience that we would highly recommend. It was a long drive to the base camp, but it was definitely worth it for the activities. It was everything we expected & more.

Professionelt og serviceminded firma. Vi startede med at booke en tur tirsdag, men grundet sygdom måtte vi ombooke - intet problem og ingen ekstra betaling???? Vi blev hentet på vores hotel til aftalt tid, og 1 timer efter var vi fremme. Startede med zipline - ikke så højt og så lange, men super sjovt og en super 1. Gangs oplevelse for vores 8 årig søn. Bagefter kørte vi en kort tur, hvor vi skulle køre ATV. ATV turen var sjov med blandet terræn. Højdepunktet for vores familie var riverrafting. En fantastisk tur, med sjove og professionelle guider. Der var mange både samtidig, grundet sæsonen, men stadig mega sjovt. Vi fik lækker frokost, og kunne få valgmuligheden til at komme til abe templet. Det tog vi med for oplevelsen skyld, men kunne godt have været foruden. Samlet set en god og sjov dag???? Kan varmt anbefale Best Rafting 4 U.
