I booked this for myself and my partner & paid well in advance.
When we got there not only is there no club but we were told me couldn't proceed with surfing due to the bad weather conditions. The guy, Tim, told us we would get a refund.
Two weeks have passed by and still no refund.
They had been communicating with me on the lead up to the excursion. Why wasn't I informed even a few hours before the lesson that they had cancelled it? I spent a fortune just travelling to the Surf "Club".
The whatsapp number they provided is now non-existent i.e. no one responds or picks up.
