Great place to visit on a rainy day. Loved the tour, the caves are beautiful.On time pick up. Driver I think was Andrew was lovely.

The Harrison Cave experience is wonderful but cannot provide a great rating because the driver ruined the experience. We arrived and the group was not kept together and directions were given out barely. We signed the waiver got in line for our tour and NO other instructions were provided. After the dynamic tour with the great tour guides we were instructed to visit the shops and the bird sanctuary. Once we left the sanctuary and came up on the elevator the driver was waiting with a NASTY attitude to advise we should have completed the tour and returned back to the shuttle, directions which were never provided. He then went on to explain others had been waiting on us as well as another shuttle rider who also advised she was never given any instructions. He decided then to get back onto the shuttle and advise he appreciated those who had returned after the tour. This behavior was deplorable and behavior I have never received on a Viator tour plus you always receive proper instructions. Due to his lack of responsibility he decided to embarrass us instead. And then to explain he had other airport transports he needed to be on time for. Would only recommend with a different shuttle driver!
