  • Height Verification: If a customer has purchased a child ticket for a person taller than 120 cm, an extra charge will be applied as follows: Non MyKAD/International Rate: RM15, MyKAD Rate: RM12.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is hands down the worst waterpark we have visited in SE Asia -and we have been to alot. Half of it was closed, everything is old, paint peeling everywhere including inside the pools on the floor. The restaurant was like something from 30 years ago and the food was basic and not very good. Definitely not worth the time or the money…looks like it should be closed down

On c'est régalé avec les enfants !! Sans enfants je pense qu'on a très vite fait le tour... En fait la piscine à vague fonctionne 3 fois dans la journée, le reste du temps on peut se baigner dans une eau calme. Un des bassins pour enfants est fermé pour maintenance. Le deuxième bassin pour enfants est vraiment sympa. (Par enfant le parc entend moins d'1m20 !) Mais le bassin pour enfants est accessible à tous. A côté du bassin pour enfants il y a 1 toboggan assez rapide qui je crois était ouvert toute la journée. Ensuite il y a 2 tours (pour les plus d'1m20) d'où ce fond les départs des toboggans. En fait l'une des tours est fermé pendant que l'autre est ouvert et inversement (du coup pour les adultes on a assez vite fait de s'ennuyer...) Le côté des 2 gros gros toboggans, la descente secoue pas mal mais le orange et rouge est abîmé sur un côté en bas de la descente ce qui fait mal celon ou l'ont est placé... J'imaginais le parc beaucoup plus grand mais sa ne m'a pas empêché de m'éclater avec les enfants ! Niveau prix le site était vraiment bien placé !!

Et stort sted med masser af potentiale. Vi besøgte stedet mellem jul og nytår, hvor skoleferien er igang i Malaysia, og det var slet ikke fyldt. Det er ikke negativt, men flere rutchebaner åbnede på skift således man skulle være der hele dagen for at prøve det hele. Det er negativt. På den positive front var alt fint, rent og meget imødekommende. Ungerne elskede det - vi følte blot at der var mere at byde på.
