7-Day Super Value Tour of Tasmania: Explore Tasmania's West and East Coasts

Didn’t want to waste my holiday time in Tasmania trying to work out where to go - so decided to go with Under Down Under Tours - great decision as they took us too some great spots, met some great people (24 on the bus) with excellent accommodation. Both drivers Phil and Justzen are very knowledgeable and entertaining. Highly recommend.

You explore a lot of places in Tasmania. You go to the west coast for a few days, to the east coast for a few days and you explore some places around Hobart. Further, it is not only nature what you are going to explore. You will see some historic sites as well which are very interesting. The only disadvantages were that it sometimes felt like you had to rush. It would have been better to have an extra hour on cradle mountain and maybe an extra half an hour in St Helens. These places are worth to stay a little bit longer. And a big disadvantage was that no single meal is included. I already paid so much for the tour and then they can’t even give you meals…

Keagan was phenomenal as our tour guide. I learned tons of history about Abel Tasman and how Tasmania got it's name and some of it's former history as Van Diemens land. We learned how most cities and towns got their name (spoiler alert, copied and pasted from UK cities and towns) and learned way more than I ever thought I'd learn about mining and the rocky geologist. If you are a fan of dolomite, you're in for a treat. Keagan was super knowledgable, super friendly, and enthusiastic the entire time. I've been around the world from Kenya to Iceland to the Cook Islands and more and I would hire a Keagan every single time if it were an option.
