    Wine Tour (Wine Tour - Daily) Late Bird Tour (Saturday Only) Night Out Tour (Friday & Saturday) Somerset Winery is where we arrange a production tour for every time slot of our Traditional Wine Tour. Someset is unique because is it the only winery in southern California (and one of only 8 wineries in the U.S.) which produce wine through the ancient terra-cotta process which started in Persia over 8,000 years ago. The process involves fermentation inside large clay vessels which avoids producing tannins from the traditional oak barrels, and instead gives the wine a more all-natural taste. Many wine enthusiasts say that this is the most pure way to make wine, but you will have to determine that for yourself once your take our wine tour!

    Best wine tour in Temecula!! Such fun hosts & great tasting stops. Our tour guide, Boris, was the life of the party and made our experience so fun!

    Had a beautiful day for our outing. Calvin & Mark were great! 1st winery, Calloway was awesome! Great selection of wines to taste, lovely views to add to our time there plus backdrop for pictures. Moved on to Mt. Palomar which again had a nice selection to sample. This is where we ate our preordered lunch which in all honesty was just ok. Our charcuterie board came after we got our meal but didn’t have any crackers. We finally said something & the wait staff did bring out crackers but by then we were pretty much done. Plus I was charged a gas fee in paying for food. On to our last stop, South Coast. Again beautiful place but NOT a great selection for tasting! Many of their wines were for members only so either you joined their wine club & bought 3 bottles of wine or you had limited wines to choose from. Overall a very nice day.

    The tour itself was very nice, the vibes were fun, and the driver was great. My issue is with this website. The description says that if you do the night tour, you get three tastings, one at each winery. So imagine my disappointment when we arrived at the final winery and were informed that they were no longer doing tastings. We did receive the $30 credit for dinner, but if you purchase the same package directly from the SoCal Wine Tours, it's cheaper, and the description is more accurate so you're not left feeling cheated at the end of the night.
