About the tour

You will be picked up from your hotel and brought to the Teide National Park. During this sunset tour, you will discover the breathtaking landscapes of the Teide National Park together with your guide. You will learn all about the origin of this island and the volcanic eruptions that the island has had in the past. To reach the viewpoint you first need to take the cable car to an altitude of 3555 metres and then hike the rest of the way. When you reach the Pico Viejo viewpoint, there will be no one there expect for your group. Enjoy the memorizing sunset view of the island and surrounding areas. If the weather is good, you can see several surrounding islands. At the end of this amazing day, you will be brought back to your hotel.

• Pick-up time depends on the sunset and the pick-ups scheduled for each day. It will be announced to you by e-mail and/or text the day before the activity
  
• People with health problems, pregnant women and children younger than 8 years of age are not allowed to participate in the tour
  
• Please fill in your preferred pick up point during booking 
• In the event that the cable car is closed due to weather conditions, the cable car ticket will be refunded 
  
• In case of adverse weather conditions, especially during the winter, which may affect the safety of the roads leading to Mount Teide, visits may be unexpectedly canceled.
