I have used Viator before a few times and have always been satisfied however this time was not the same experience. Over $300 for two people and didn’t even see places that I chose this particular tour for. We started behind the clock because there was a large group of family that were late to the bus and than they were repeatedly the last ones back at each stop. We stopped at so many places that were unnecessary and it wound up causing us to get even further behind. Viator should consider if there is a large booking keeping them separated from other parties. They really ruined it for the other people. One couple bailed after four hours into the tour and we finally did the same once we hit 8 hours and realized we weren’t going to make our dinner reservations. It cost us an additional $60 for an Uber back to our hotel. Needless to say it cost me $400 in total and I didn’t get what I was supposed to.

We had a wonderful tour. We were the only ones on it that day. We saw just about the entire island. The guide was amazing with a lot of Tall Tales about the island and famous people. The waterfall was amazing! Definitely a Five Star Tour!!

Mua was amazing!! I really enjoyed this tour although I was exhausted at the end. Super informative, interesting and family friendly.
