    The tallest structure in Japan and the second tallest in the world at the time of its completion. The light-up runs from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday every week, with 12 different colors used depending on the month. The color design also changes every hour. For holidays and special events, themes will be expressed with the lights.

  • Drivers' licenses issued by countries not covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
  • Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation, the physical domestic license + official translation) and physical passport
  • Minimum age is 18 years
  • Wear flat closed footwear, Do not wear no long flowy skirts or dress.
  • You MUST inform us if you have any level of hearing impairment or mobility impairment.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Visiting Tokyo for 5 days from USA! This was a true highlight - our tour guide Miya was the BEST! He took a ton of photos throughout the tour and sent them to us! We had a group of 4, two were very comfortable with the carts while two of us were a little nervous! He made everything so easy and put us at ease in the carts pretty early on!! It was an amazing way to see pieces of the city!!!

Honestly I was a little optimistic at all the rules but it was so easy and so much fun. Our tour guide was great at directing us and taking photos. Would 100% do it again. Also didn't wear the outfits as they looks kind dirty but it was cold so I reccomend dressing warm and wearing gloves!
