Tulum: There is not pickups to hotels and Airbnb´s, the only meeting point is Hotel Aloft Tulum

The pickup time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

Go through an original kayak circuit and face a set of ropes of different heights.   • Mandatory use of vest and helmet at the time of activities
  • Wear swimsuit, water shoes and insect repellent; Bring a change of extra clothes and towel.
  • To ensure your protection and to ensure that the harnesses are comfortable and fit correctly for each of our visitors, a minimum weight of 88 pounds (40 kg) is required and a maximum weight of 300 pounds (136 kg) is allowed. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 130cm and 70cm around each leg. For women, we do not have harnesses that are too large to close on the torso or chest. In the case of children, the harness must be correctly adjusted, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to carry out the activity.
  • Driver's license Yes, it is necessary to present a driver's license to carry out this activity. Only people over 18 years of age can drive, otherwise ask an adult to drive and accompany you on this journey. The minimum height for the driver is 1.60 m and for the co-pilot it is 1.20 m. It is essential that you present a valid official identification that proves your age.
  • We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
  • Children under 4 years of age are not allowed to enter.
  • We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
  • If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
