Before you arrive, we will reach out to provide you with the meeting point at the airport. This ensures you have a clear and precise location to find us, giving you peace of mind.

Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights ✈️ (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all flight numbers in advance. This will allow us to create a travel itinerary and give you the correct meeting point without any additional charge.

❗ **Important:** If you do not inform us in advance, a USD 15 fee will be charged at the airport for wait time or terminal changes. Service is subject to the availability of operators and vehicles. It’s also crucial to notify us of any flight changes to ensure a smooth service.

In our private service, customer care is our top priority. We strive to provide you with a comfortable and worry-free experience, especially if you are a solo traveller or a woman. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS to ensure your safety at all times.

### Additional Stops

If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or other location, please let us know in advance. Typically, we can accommodate a stop of up to 15 minutes ⏱️ at no extra charge. After that time, a fee of USD 25 per hour will apply. This service must be scheduled in advance via email or phone, depending on our vehicle availability.

### Pricing and Reservations

**SUPER IMPORTANT:** Our pricing is per vehicle, not per person. Therefore, if you have different departure times ⏰, we cannot send multiple vehicles for the same cost. If you require additional services, such as an extra vehicle for a different schedule, a new reservation must be made.

Please ensure you select the correct destination and service product before booking. Reservations that do not match the appropriate destination and service will not be accepted ❌, or a fee for the difference will be charged.

Drivers were prompt and extremely pleasant. We had an early flight and needed to be picked up at 4a. Driver was there 10 minutes early. Highly recommend for round trip transfer fro Cancun to Tulum.

Where do I begin? First off I would NEVER go back without private transportation. I read to do it and I’m glad I did. I came across Gypso and booked it. They greet you at the airport which is nice because it’s very chaotic leaving there. It was just me and they made sure I was comfortable for the 1.5hr Tulum trip. Elina was my contact the whole trip. She reached out the day before to verify my flight info. What was really amazing was when I left today. I had to get to the airport much earlier than originally planned. I reached out last night in a panic and she was there on WhatsApp to help my IMMEDIATELY. I asked if we could change my time from 1 to 9am but she could only do 10. The fact I could get someone like that in Mexico during spring break to help out like she did is a god send and worth every penny. My driver was super rad and we sang Pearl Jam to Adele all the way there lol. I will be coming back next year to Tulum and will not book anywhere else. Lifetime customer.

Elina communicated very well prior to our trip. My only difficulty was that I couldn’t access the wifi in the Cancun airport. Luckily my Verizon plan included phone and text in Mexico, so I switched to data instead of wifi to communicate via text and WhatsApp. But obviously this was a problem on my end, not on Gypso Travel’s end. Mr Tavo was waiting outside Margaritaville as discussed. He took us to our driver Freddie who was very personable. My family and I were the only passengers in a sizable van with great air conditioning. I do wish there were shoulder belts as well as lap belts. Freddie helped us with a quick stop to pick up bottled water, then we were on our way again. I’m confident that our return trip to the airport will be as smooth as the incoming trip. Gypso Travel took the stress out of this part of our vacation! I highly recommend getting this service for personal care and direct transportation to your destination. Thank you all!
